Using ENDL3SS
You must follow applicable law, protect your credentials, and provide accurate information when the service requires it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report compromise.
Age and authority
You may use ENDL3SS only if you meet the minimum digital-consent age that applies where you live and can enter these terms. Organisations must ensure their representative has authority to bind them.
Acceptable use
Do not use ENDL3SS to:
- Harm others or exploit minors.
- Distribute malware or coordinate unlawful activity.
- Evade service limits or interfere with availability.
- Probe systems without permission.
- Impersonate others.
Your content
You retain rights in content you create. You grant ENDL3SS only the limited rights necessary to operate the service, such as routing encrypted data to intended recipients. You must have the right to share what you submit.
Privacy and encryption
Our privacy policy explains service data. End-to-end encryption protects content where implemented, but cannot prevent recipients from copying content or protect a compromised device.
Service changes
ENDL3SS is under active development. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We may suspend accounts or access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
No high-risk reliance
The service has not been independently audited and is not intended for emergencies, life-critical use, or situations where failure could cause serious harm.
Disclaimers and liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any final warranty exclusions and liability limits will be tailored to applicable law before launch. This draft does not attempt to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
